Before joining SPL as Chief Executive Officer, Andrew held senior roles with some of Australia’s largest logistics and facilities management organisations, where he developed a reputation for driving operational efficiency and building high-performing teams.

Since taking the helm at SPL, Andrew has been the driving force behind the company’s transformation into Australia’s leading commercial linen service. Under his leadership, SPL has expanded its national footprint, invested heavily in RFID and linen tracking technology, and introduced innovative service models that have redefined what customers can expect from a linen provider.

Andrew is passionate about placing the customer at the centre of everything SPL does, and believes that genuine partnerships built on reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement are the foundation of long-term success. Outside of work, he is a committed advocate for sustainable business practices and takes pride in SPL’s ongoing environmental and social governance initiatives.
