Andrew Robson has spent over two decades building expertise across supply chain management, commercial operations, and service industry leadership. Before joining SPL as Chief Executive Officer, Andrew held senior roles with some of Australia’s largest logistics and facilities management organisations, where he developed a reputation for driving operational efficiency and building high-performing teams.

Since taking the helm at SPL, Andrew has been the driving force behind the company’s transformation into Australia’s leading commercial linen service. Under his leadership, SPL has expanded its national footprint, invested heavily in RFID and linen tracking technology, and introduced innovative service models that have redefined what customers can expect from a linen provider.

Andrew is passionate about placing the customer at the centre of everything SPL does, and believes that genuine partnerships built on reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement are the foundation of long-term success. Outside of work, he is a committed advocate for sustainable business practices and takes pride in SPL’s ongoing environmental and social governance initiatives.

What services are available at Newcastle?

Deliver when you need door to door service. Simply pre-order your linen online, select your delivery day, and have fresh linen delivered straight to your business. Once used, schedule a return pickup or drop it off at one of our hubs. Click, Deliver, Return – a hassle-free way to ensure a reliable linen supply, tailored to your needs.

Click & Collect 

Convenient access to hotel quality linen when you need it. Simply order online, select your collection date and we’ll deliver it to our Newcastle Linen Hub and notify for you when it’s ready for collection. Return your soiled linen back to the Hub when you’re done.

Traditional Supply

Access premium Linen when you need it. The world has changed. So has the way we supply linen. More of us are holidaying at home and this means hosts of short stay accommodation have never been busier. We wanted to help hosts deliver a 5-star experience for guests by giving them access to our premium linen in some of Australia’s most favoured holiday spots by using our mobile and fixed hubs. Pay for linen only as long as you use it.

Our pricing is a based on a daily hire model, providing you with flexibility and value for money. Download a copy of our pricing now.

You will only be charged for the length of time you have the linen. We charge a pick up price when you collect the linen. Subsequently you are charged a daily rental price commencing on the day after you pick up the linen. When you return the linen, the rental charges stop. Daily hire charges are outlined in your service agreement with us.
