Self-Serve Linen Hubs offer a flexible, 24/7 solution for accommodation providers and local businesses needing high-quality linen on demand. With no contracts or minimum orders, Linen Hub offers a simple, convenient, and cost-effective way to hire linen – available across Australia and ready when you are.
Easy Linen Collection
Once registered, each user receives a unique ID card that grants secure access to their nearest Linen Hub. Select the linen you need, place it on the counter in the foyer and our smart linen technology will automatically scan and register each item to your account.
Returning your used linen is just as simple. Drop your used linen to the designated returns area at the hub and the system will log them as returned through our scanning process. Exchange it for freshly laundered stock when needed.

As demand for self-serve linen in larger quantities grows, we’ve expanded our services to include Click & Collect, making it easier than ever to access the linen you need. With Click & Collect, you can pre-order your linen online, select from our preferred transport suppliers (or use your own), and collect it from your nearest Linen Hub. After using the linen, simply return it to your closest Hub and exchange it for freshly laundered stock when needed.

You will receive a weekly invoice for payment.
Is there a minimum order?
- Self Serve: There is no minimum order required for Self Serve.
- Click & Collect: There is no minimum order required for Click & Collect.
- Click & Deliver: Minimum order quantities may apply depending on your location and linen requirements.

How do I set up an account?
Registering for an Account is quick and easy and all done online.

How quickly can I start ordering/collecting?
Once we receive your online account registration we can usually have you set up and ready to start ordering / collecting within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
Can I get a delivery?
Yes – we offer Click & Deliver. As a general guide, if you are located within 50km of our Linen Hub locations we can provide Click & Deliver. If you fall outside of this radius, please contact us to discuss if we service your area.

Who do I contact for help?
Easily manage your account, orders and collections through our Customer Portal and mobile app. If you need further assistance, our customer care team and live chat service is available to help here.
How do I return used linen?
Simply return your used linen to the Linen Hub to the designated returns area and the system will log them as returned through our scanning process. Exchange it for freshly laundered items when needed.
Click & Deliver: Have your soiled linen ready for pickup during your scheduled delivery. Alternatively, drop it off at one of our convenient Linen Hub locations.

Our daily hire calculator is designed to support you in ascertaining the cost of your linen based on the selected product items and length of hire. Total includes pick up price + daily hire for each item. Calculator is excluding GST. *Note not all items are available in all locations.
